A star Indian batsman is kidnapped 36 hours ahead of a make-or-break match. The external affairs ministry in Delhi rushes a badass cop to a place "somewhere in the Middle East" to lead the manhunt to find both the missing cricketer and the mysterious captor. Sounds super exciting? On paper, it does. It definitely is an unusual plotline for a Hindi film. But any novelty that Rohit Dhawan's Dishoom possesses ends right there. It is an action-packed buddy film in which both John Abraham and Varun Dhawan, playing a bumbling police department rookie who is reduced to running errands for his exploitative boss and seeks liberation and greater glory, are pretty much stuck in a rut.

Movie :- Sultan
Ratings :- 3/5 Starts
Casts :- Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda, Amit Sadh
Director :- Ali Abbas Zafar
Producer :- Aditya Chopra
Duration :- 170 minutes
Release Date :- 6 July 2016

Sultan is a 2016 Indian sports-drama film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films banner, the film stars Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma in pivotal roles and centers around Sultan Ali Khan (Salman Khan), a wrestler who has problems in his professional and personal life. From a small town wrestler in Haryana, Sultan achieves global fame winning bouts at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, the 2011 FILA Wrestling World Championships in Istanbul and the 2012 London Olympics.
The writer of Sultan repeatedly evokes a beast of burden by way of an analogy for the film's simple-minded but irrepressible protagonist. This guy, Sultan Ali Khan of Rewari district's Buroli village, is indeed a cussed customer who soldiers on against all odds to prove his worth to himself, his girlfriend/wife and the whole wide world. So, what's new? What's new is that Sultan casts Salman Khan as a rugged son-of-the-soil wrestler who weathers many a deadly blow on his heart and his body. When the chips are down, Sultan's wife Aarfa (Anushka Sharma), a fellow wrestler and daughter of his first coach Barkat Hussain (Kumud Mishra), reminds him: "We are sportsmen, we never give up."
