Kareena Kapoor eager to do a brother-sister film with Ranbir Kapoor

The long and eclectic list includes Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Akshay Kumar and many more. But there is an important name that isn't a part of the list and will never be either. It's Ranbir Kapoor! Given that they are cousins, it obviously is very less likely that we ever see them as a pair opposite each other. But that doesn't mean they can't come on-screen together... as siblings at least. Not offered any film with Sanjay Dutt : Shraddha Kapoor

"I have not been offered any film opposite Sanjay Dutt but I totally admire him and would love to work with him in the future," Shraddha told IANS. The actress was reported to have been roped in with Sanjay for a film that tells an unusual love story between a middle-aged man and a young girl. However, Shraddha says that she is currently excited about her next film "'k Janu' that stars Aditya Roy Kapoor.

Last March, Kangana Ranaut and Hansal Mehta were due to make Sarbjit together. At the time, the biopic was in the news and hot in the trade. However, once director Omung Kumar came on board and Hansal moved out, the director-actress duo promptly announced that they would be making Simran together.
Soon enough, tongues started wagging that whether Simran would be same as Sarbjit, in which Aishwarya Rai Bachchan plays Sarabjit’s sister Dalbir Kaur. “The rumours were accentuated by the fact that Simran is a Punjabi name as well and gives the feel of a biopic,” says an insider.

Sonakshi Sinha is now on Guinness Book of Records for ‘Painting Nails‘

Sonakshi Sihna is now a Guinness World Record holder and for the weirdest reason. To celebrate International Women’s Day on Tuesday, she entered an event where she participated with several other women to set record for ‘most people painting their fingernails simultaneously’.
Talking about her achievement, the 28-year-old actor said in a press conference, ‘As a kid, I used to wait for the Guinness Book of World Records to come and use to think if I would get my name into it someday and I feel today the day is so special as I was able to be a part of this prestigious book along with such wonderful ladies and it feels great.’

Alia Bhatt Keen to Work With Mani Ratnam

Actress Alia Bhatt says she is keen to work with veteran director Mani Ratnam.
"My dad (Mahesh Bhatt) keeps pushing me to watch regional films. He had said that I should definitely do Bengali films. I've always wanted to work with Mani Ratnam, so maybe I'll go down south and work with Mani sir," Alia said here when asked if she intended to try her hand at regional cinema.
Earlier media reports mentioned that Mani Ratnam's 'O Kadhal Kanmani,' a Tamil film was to have Alia in the lead opposite Dulquer Salman. Also another report claimed that Ratnam wanted Alia and Varun Dhawan for the same film in Hindi, but when things didn't work out, he made it in Tamil with Dulquer and Nithya Menen.

Gender bias is an issue nobody addresses: Kareena Kapoor

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan says the issue of gender bias is something which has still not become a centre of discussion.
The 35-year-old actress will be seen in the upcoming film “Ki & Ka”, directed by R Balki. The film features Arjun Kapoor as progressive house-husband supporting his wife, enacted by Kareena, who is a career-oriented woman.
“It is a very different film because of the concept of gender bias. It’s an issue which nobody addresses. There is a stay-at-home husband, there is a woman who wants to work,” Kareena told PTI.
